Strength & Conditioning

A foundation of strength, power, and work capacity programmed to your level — from first barbell to advanced athlete. Every block progresses with intent so you keep getting stronger without breaking down.

Boxing & Muay Thai

Real striking technique — hands, kicks, elbows, knees, and clinch — coached with patience on the pads. Whether you want to compete or just learn the craft properly, we drill fundamentals until they're second nature.

Sprint mechanics, acceleration, and conditioning worked on the local track. Move faster, change direction sharper, and build the engine that carries every other pillar.


How you train

1:1 Coaching

Undivided attention, fully individualized programming, and direct feedback every rep. The fastest way to build technique and accountability.

Best for focused goals · technique · accountability

Small Group

Train with a partner or a small crew of two to four. Shared energy, lower cost per session, same coaching standards.

Best for friends · partners · shared cost

Common questions

Do I need any experience?
Not at all. Sessions are built around your starting point — complete beginners and experienced athletes both train here. We meet you where you are.
Where do sessions happen?
A private space, a local track, or your own gym — whatever fits your goals and your week. Training comes to you within the Dallas area.
Do you provide equipment?
Yes. For striking and strength work I bring the pads, gloves, and core equipment needed for the session.
Is there a membership or contract?
No membership and no long-term contract. Pay per session or save with a package — your call.
